Information we request
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address; if someone else will receive the device, their name and phone number. Please confirm that you are allowed to provide that person's details. We also store your subscription choice, acceptance of the terms, and quotation and payment statuses.
How we use it
To quote shipping to your destination, respond to requests, manage your order and send communications related to your purchase. This form does not request memories, sleep records or clinical information, and it does not sign you up for advertising.
Payments and providers
Marketrix SAC collects payments for ASTRATECH through Mercado Pago. Card details are entered in Mercado Pago; this website does not store them. We share the information needed for payment, communications and delivery with the providers involved in your order.
Retention and protection
Contact and delivery details are stored encrypted in the order database, with access restricted to operational needs. They are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, purchase and applicable obligations. You can write to us to access, correct or request deletion of your information; we will let you know if a record must be retained because of an outstanding obligation.
Your browser
This website does not include advertising pixels. It saves your chosen language in your browser’s local storage. It may temporarily store a private identifier in your browser session to check order status and avoid duplicate requests. When you change language, it temporarily saves the form fields in your browser session so they can be restored on the equivalent page. This copy is only valid for the next two minutes and is deleted when restored. Website hosting and protection may generate technical logs to provide the service and prevent abuse.
App and cloud
The app and memory storage will have their own privacy information and settings when you activate the product. Acceptance of this form is limited to the quotation and purchase.
