Device and subscription
The DeepMind device costs US$299, plus shipping based on your destination. The app and storage on DeepMind's servers cost US$19.90 per month or US$238.80 for a full year. The subscription starts when you activate the product and is not charged when you request a quotation or pre-order the device. Selecting a monthly or annual plan records your preference for activation.
How to buy
Send us your contact and delivery details. We will prepare a shipping quotation manually and tell you the total amount, its currency and the quotation's validity period before you pay. Submitting a request does not incur any charge or confirm a paid reservation. You can then complete payment through Mercado Pago. Marketrix SAC processes the payment for ASTRATECH.
Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when Mercado Pago verifies the payment. You can check its status using your private order link, and you will receive confirmation at the email address you provide. Keep that link and do not share it.
Launch and delivery
The public launch is scheduled for December 20, 2026. This date is separate from your individual delivery date. The quotation will state the shipping conditions and delivery timeframe applicable to your destination. Shipping availability, import taxes and requirements in the destination country will be reviewed when preparing the quotation.
Changes and cancellation
To correct delivery details or ask about cancellation, email ventas@astratech.pe with your order reference. The applicable cancellation and return conditions will be provided with the quotation, before payment.
